Healthy Leadership

Group

The Healthy Leadership Group is a collective committed to growing organizations through creative consultation. Our expertise in education, counseling, ethics, and organizational development allows us to tailor our skill set to your needs. We believe learning and improvement can be fun and engaging, and we bring that passion into every project.

The challenges of a modern workflow can make health and well being seem secondary to meeting our goals. It is our belief that with a healthy leadership approach we can both achieve our goals and empower the health and well being of our teams, clients, and customers.

We would love to discuss how we can bring our skills to your workplace. Contact us to learn more!

Lindsay geist

Lindsay has spent her career empowering individuals, walking with them on their journeys, and sharing about the importance of soul care — especially for those caring for others. She loves innovation and serving as a pioneer in her field, as evidenced by the fact that every job she has ever had has lacked a formal job description and she has often been the first person to ever do each newly created role.

As an extrovert and lifelong learner, Lindsay enjoys collaboration with her colleagues because she laughs a lot and always gets to learn new things (even if they are random facts from Evan that may or may not be true). As a typical therapist, she prides herself on her attempt to be impartial and open and affirming of any life stage or season people may find themselves in – except she has a hard time understanding UNC basketball fans (while she went to both Duke Divinity School and UNC-Chapel Hill, she hangs one diploma slightly higher than the other one in her office).

evan deyoung

Evan DeYoung is a proud University of Georgia graduate with a unique talent for making even the most challenging projects and training sessions enjoyable and engaging. Whether he's guiding a team through a new initiative or designing a training experience, Evan ensures that the experience is as enriching as it is effective.

Known for his lighthearted approach and commitment to fostering a positive work environment, Evan combines his love for innovation with a deep understanding of what makes teams thrive. Outside of his professional life, Evan enjoys the company of his two dogs, Millie and Roosevelt, who keep him grounded and give him plenty of distractions.

jessica smith

Jessica is also a University of Georgia graduate, with a passion for organizing, communication, and project management. Her love for learning and reading has honed Jessica’s skills in helping organizations and their people navigate the many details that turn projects from goals into reality.

Jessica thrives on the challenge of bringing order to chaos (even when it’s her own team bringing about that chaos). Whether it’s planning a complex project or streamlining day-to-day operations, she is dedicated to making sure that everything is on track and that goals are met with precision and care.

Her enthusiasm for helping others succeed is matched only by her commitment to continuous learning (the number of rabbit holes she’s gone down can attest to this). When she’s not working, she enjoys reading books from her long TBR list, traveling with her husband and friends, and entertaining her dog, Wedge Antilles.
